How to Book a Tour with Osa WILD

Before Booking:
  1. Explore the options available on our website (for customized or private tours you must contact us first).
  2. Ask all the questions you might have and clear all your doubts about routes, itineraries, extra services, logistics, etc.
  3. Choose your tour/activity!

Booking:
  1. If you want to book more than one tour you should go to our Full Online Reservation Catalog
  2. Click on "Book Now".
  3. Select the dates and amount of people.
  4. Add the extras you want to include (if necessary).
  5. Only if you're in the Full Online Reservation Catalog you can include side activities by clicking the green button "Add to Booking".
  6. Fill in your personal information.
  7. Read the payment policies and check the box. Then, click "Continue".
  8. Your booking will be created!

Payment:
  1. Depending upon the tour/activity you are booking, you will be able to pay right away or will need to wait for our confirmation; details will be sent to your email either way.
  2. Once we confirm your spaces and the minimum of participants for your tour we will send you the payment link.
  3. Now you can pay!

Important Note: All Corcovado tours need to wait for our confirmation. This confirmation can only happen until six months before the tour's initial date. Overnight and day tours run with a minimum of 2 participants. If you're a solo traveler we'll keep you informed.

Confirmation:
  1. Your reservation will change to the status "Paid".
  2. You will receive final confirmation and further details in your email.
NOTES:

If you're booking a Corcovado tour, we will update the name of your guide, meeting point and time in your Invoice so keep an eye on the update notification!
If starting from Pto. Jimenez, we encourage you to come to our office the day before your tour.
