Harvest & Feast with Angelica
A seasonal farm-to-table experience at Alma Tierra Café, in the heart of Finca Rayuela Osa, hosted by Angélica. Each visit begins with a walk around the farm and concludes at the table with whatever the land offers that day. Please inquire about available dates before submitting your reservation request.

At Alma Tierra Café, located within Finca Rayuela Osa, Angélica welcomes visitors for an experience that shifts with the seasons—because the menu is dictated by what the land yields. It all begins with a walk through the greenhouse, the fruit orchards, and the area where the Balsa Nueva animals—chickens, ducks, goats, and cows—live, offering a close-up look at the origin of every ingredient. Afterward, guests sit down to a meal that always features fresh-baked bread or handmade corn tortillas (prepared by María), soup or salad, garden vegetables, lentils or beans, and farm-raised chicken, duck, or lamb—along with homemade butter, cheese, or *natilla* (cream) when the season allows. Anything not sourced directly from the farm comes from local producers in the area. The experience concludes with dessert and time to enjoy some coffee.
