We start this tour with an adventure in the heights, exploring the unique Canopy Observation Tower on the Osa Peninsula. You will be amazed by the views from the treetops, at an impressive height of 30 meters above the ground. This first activity of the day is perfect for birdwatching lovers, since you will be exposed to a bird-friendly ecosystem suitable for different bird species.
Afterward, you will hike on the trails within the 3,000 hectares of wilderness that encompass ancient forests, secondary forests, rivers, waterfalls, and the largest arboretum on the Osa Peninsula. You can choose to explore between two different paths that will lead you to incredible places in the middle of the forest. Be on the lookout for snakes along the trails, adding an exciting and adventurous element to your hiking experience.
We will conclude the tour visiting the Mangrove and The Rocks Trail, one of the most pristine beaches on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. These forests provide a defense barrier between land and sea, and are home to some of the rarest and most colorful species.
