On the first day, you will hike on the trails within the 3,000 hectares of wilderness that encompass ancient forests, secondary forests, rivers, waterfalls, and the largest arboretum on the Osa Peninsula. You can choose to explore between two different paths that will lead you to incredible places in the middle of the forest.

After lunch you will visit the Mangrove and The Rocks Trail, two beautiful places. You can learn about the fascinating mangrove ecosystem. These forests provide a defense barrier between land and sea, and are home to some of the rarest and most colorful species. Besides, a short distance away, you can enjoy The Rocks, one of the most pristine beaches on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica where you will appreciate an amazing sunset.

At the end of dinner, get ready because we will venture on a night hike where you will discover and learn about the nocturnal wildlife. Be on the lookout for snakes, frogs, owls, and even nocturnal mammals along the trails, adding an exciting and adventurous element to your hiking experience on the tour. Additionally, during turtle season, you can switch the Night Hike for a Turtle Patrol.

For the second day, wake up early in the morning and venture into the heights, exploring the unique Canopy Observation Tower on the Osa Peninsula. You will be amazed by the views from the treetops, at an impressive height of 30 meters above the ground. This last activity of the day is perfect for birdwatching lovers, since you will be exposed to a bird-friendly ecosystem suitable for different bird species.

After completing this tour, you'll find it unforgettableβ€”there's truly nothing else like it on the Osa Peninsula.
