Behavioral Remarketing

Osa Wild uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

  • Google Ads (AdWords): Google Ads remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page: http://www.google.com/settings/ads Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on - https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout - for your web browser.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our Website. This service is provided by Google Inc. However, regarding the reservations of tours and travel packages, we may collect Personal Data about children (such as full name and passport number) only when explicitly provided by a parent or guardian.

We require that any information regarding a child be provided solely by the holder of parental responsibility. We use this information strictly for the purpose of booking reservations, acquiring park permits, and insurance policies required for the requested services.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

  2. Right to Opt-Out of "Sale" Osa Wild does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary value. However, under CCPA definitions, some data transfers to third-party cookies (like Google Ads) for advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing". You have the right to opt-out of such sharing.

"Shine the Light" Law California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
