All about Beach Trek

With this option, you'll have the opportunity to explore Corcovado National Park's southeast area, Carate and La Leona Ranger Station.

First day: You’ll do a guided day tour into Corcovado National Park, La Leona sector. This is a low difficulty path in which you walk about 6 to 8 km. On this trail it's possible to see 4 species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, anteaters, poison dart frogs and many other animals. Also, on this trail, it’s fairly frequent to observe the second biggest feline in our country, the puma.

That evening you'll have the opportunity to do a night tour (not included in the price), either in the forest or on the beach, looking for marine turtles (when in season from June to December) and other nocturnal wildlife.

Second Day: Full day off at La Leona Eco Lodge. This is a wonderful tent-cabin accommodation right in front of the beach, next door to Corcovado National Park's main entrance.

This package is a shared tour, if you want a private guide for your own group, please enquire about the specific price.
