Hike around unexplored beaches, and adventure into the rainforest in search of the beautiful waterfalls in a primary forest. San Pedrillo Ranger station holds some of the most ancient rainforests of the whole national park.

San Pedrillo Ranger Station is surrounded by pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean and lush tropical rainforest. It offers the chance to see multiple species of birds, stunning waterfalls, and appreciate the giant trees of the primary forest.
Corcovado National Park is home to thousands of species of plants and trees that sustain a great diversity of wildlife. Monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and coatis might appear on the way. No matter the time of the year there’s always something wild to see!

5:50 a.m. Meet your guide at La Picolina Tours office at Drake Bay.
6:00 a.m. Boat pick-up at playa Agujitas in Drake Bay.
6:45 a.m. Arrival at San Pedrillo Ranger Station and register.
7:00 a.m. Hike the trails around the area.
12:30 p.m. Boat from San Pedrillo to Drake.
1:45-2:00 p.m. Arrival to Agujitas Beach.
2:00 p.m. Lunch at Roberto's (included).

Explore the heart of Corcovado, the Sirena Biological Station. After an exciting boat ride, you’ll arrive at “the most biodiverse place on earth” to discover some of its wonders.
Caño Island Biological Reserve offers the best snorkeling experience in Costa Rica. The waters here are filled with abundant marine life: turtles, dolphins, rays, sharks, eels, hundreds of fish, coral, sponges, and a wide variety of mollusks and arthropods. When in season you could even encounter humpback whales and whale sharks.
